Episode 075: Discovering Your Internal GPS through The Enneagram with Jess Gaertner
There is a whole new world out there of learning about yourself and your tendencies- and the Enneagram is one of my favorite ways to discover more about myself, and the people I'm in relationship with. It's an incredible tool in growing in self awareness, and I am all about it. Jess Gaertner calls it your Internal GPS and as an Enneagram coach, I asked her if she would share more about how the Enneagram can help us in our relationships with our kids, our spouse, and ourselves. We talked about each one of the types, her favorite resources and how you can begin to better understand yourself, so you can show up as the best version of you.
About Jess: Jess is a blogger, recipe creator, Enneagram 9w8 (social subtype) and podcast host with a passion for real food, real connection, and sharing herself – flaws and all. A recovering perfectionist, Jess now focuses on supporting women in finding their truth through the Enneagram, nourishing their minds and bodies intuitively, and creating joy in their lives as they navigate the motherhood transition. She pours her heart and soul into the weekly podcast she co-hosts, The Modern Mamas Podcast, which is a safe space to share her authentic experience of motherhood, and where expert guests educate and empower women to take charge of their health.
When not working, Jess loves to spend time with her husband Tim, two kiddos Bear and Camille, and two large Great Pyrenees rescues. They are her greatest accomplishment!
