Episode 049: Releasing control, trusting your body + choosing balance with Katherine Herbison

Katherine Herbison is one of those women you immediately feel connected to when you meet her, whether it be stumbling upon her fabulous Instagram stories, or through a phone chat-- she knows herself and what she is about, and she is passionate about helping other women find the same freedom with food and balance she has found. Through a past history of disordered eating and body image struggles, she truly chooses balance each and every day- and that is exactly why I wanted to have her on, to share her story with all of you-- her journey of finding and living a balanced life, how to release control around food, ditch the rules and move past limiting beliefs to live your fullest life.

We chatted: - her story of moving past disordered eating and into food peace - releasing rules and control - moving past limiting beliefs towards freedom in food and life
