Trader Joe's- it's everyone's favorite grocery store, right? Well, it's mine at least! Cost effective, fun and with the best staff ever (am I right?), really they had me at free coffee samples. Even though our closest TJ's is nearly 40 minutes away, we still make regular stops for many of our real food family staples. And if there is anything I KNOW you mamas love, it's a peek into my grocery cart. So today, I thought I'd share with you 12 of the things I ALWAYS buy at Trader Joe's.

1. Bagged, chopped kale (I know I know, I'm a walking stereotype)

2. Sprouted Grain Bread 3. Dairy! Greek yogurt + grass-fed cheese

4. Chicken Sausage

5. Nut Butters

6. Salsa Verde

7. Full-fat Coconut Milk Cans

8. Sundried Tomatoes

9. Granola

10. Frozen Cauliflower Rice

11. Pasta Sauce

12. Pasta (especially the quinoa + brown rice pasta)
