After many months of planning, hours of recording and the learning curve that is audio editing (you guys, it's like a foreign language!!), the Healthy Mama Life Podcast is OUT to the world!

I released four episodes, today- so you can spend some time binge-listening, if you'd like, and get to know me and the podcast, a little better. 


Episode 001: Introduction  This episode is short and sweet-- all about who I am and what I have planned for the podcast coming up.

Episode 002: My Story.  This is the one where I get REAL. You want vulnerable? You've got it. I shared my story, start to finish (abbreviated, of course) of finding balance and wholeness-- from disordered eating, health struggles, perfectionism and unrealistic expectations to happy, healthy and whole.

Episode 003: Ditch the Diet Dogma.  I use the phrase all the time- what in the world does it MEAN? How, and WHY should YOU finally ditch the diet dogma in order to find true health and balance?

Episode 004: 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating.  This is where I start to dig into what intuitive eating really means- there are a lot of misconceptions out there in the healthy living world-- and outline the principles straight from the book (Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, 3rd Ed. 2003).

I'm doing my best to keep (most) episodes short-- around 15-45 minutes, to make them accessible to listen while you're doing whatever it is you do in your mama life-- folding laundry, driving to and from activities, or relaxing in the bath! 


My goal is to inspire and encourage you to live your healthiest, happiest mama life with practical tips for intuitive eating, real food and habits that last. I'm bringing on guests that are, for the most part, moms themselves, to share their stories of finding balance and encourage you to live your best life.
