What a weird time we are in. I never could have predicted this would be the start to our year- I don’t think anyone could have. All of a sudden we have COVID-19 to throw us for a loop and I know firsthand how anxiety-provoking and stressful these uncertain times can be. Our issues with food and our body don’t go away when the world is in crisis- in fact, they can be magnified by the stress of the world around us, and we’re sitting at home, alone- or mostly alone, if you have kids like I do- feeling like we can’t escape our thoughts and maybe not quite sure what to do with them.
