5 Super Smoothie Recipes for Summer
Summer is officially here, and I don't know about you, but I crave cool and fresh, in the summer time! That's why even in the busiest days of summer, I love having a quick and simple super smoothie for breakfast, lunch-- or even dinner! What is a super smoothie?
A super smoothie is the fancy Healthy Mama Life term for a green smoothie. One part super simple meal, one part nutrient-booster, the super smoothie is an awesome way to ensure you are getting in a huge dose of nutrients every day- in one simple, easy to blend package. No fancy ingredients or expensive powders necessary- just real, every day super foods for boosted energy and better health, on the fly.
With our Healthy Mama Super Smoothie Challenge kicking off tomorrow (there's still time to join for free!), I thought I'd share five of my favorite combos for summer. The instructions for these are beyond simple: blend and sip!
