I'm Kristin Dovbniak. I'm a culinary nutritionist, a trained chef, and a mom myself- and it's my mission to show moms that meal prep does not need to be daunting, but can open up a world of real food and real convenience for your family.

How ​long do I have access to the course once I enroll?

How is your course different than other meal prep courses?
Besides my super-awesomeness? (kidding). Healthy Mama Meal Prep differs from other courses because there is no rigid 'do this exactly this way and you will see results'. It is meant to be an education on meal prep, a guide to help you find your perfect meal prep formula (with lots of helpful suggestions, templates and personal- and professional experience along the way). You are guaranteed to find one of my three types of meal prep works for you and your family.

 

As a chef and nutritionist, I have both the cooking skills and the nutrition knowledge to guide you on your real food meal prep journey. 

How much time will this course take up? 

As much as you want it to! This course is self-paced, so whether you want to complete it in a day, a week or a month, is up to you. The videos are short and to the point- anywhere from 2-15 minutes long, so you can easily squeeze in a video during nap time, folding the laundry, or in the car pool line (videos are available wherever you have internet). 

Do I need to have special cooking skills or equipment to meal prep? 
Absolutely not. I mean, aside from the basics like chopping and being able to boil water- if you can do that, you can meal prep! I recommend helpful tools such as a rice cooker, crock pot and food processor to aid in your prep time and convenience, but none of them are necessary. All you need is you, your kitchen, some groceries and a willingness to learn how to meal prep!
