This hands on class is for everyone who needs a head start to the week ahead by having your meals planned and prepped in advance. Chef Kristin has developed tried and true methods for making meal prep a fun afternoon activity so that busy week day meals can be quick, easy and delicious! In this class we'll prep for and prepare a make-ahead breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner for an easier, healthier week. We'll learn knife skills, discuss ideal food storage and make and eat everything we prepare in class.
