I felt like that once, too, and I'm here to tell you that dream is SO possible, friend. I want to help you live your healthiest life, beyond dieting. 

I'm here to help you ditch dieting, once and for all, tune into your body's wisdom, find what works for you, create a positive relationship with food and your body and freedom from rule-based nutrition. 

As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Holistic Health Coach, I help women make peace with food and nourish themselves and their families, fully, without ever having to go on another plan or program, again.

I spent too many years trapped in rule-based nutrition, thinking if I just went on another cleanse, detox, or followed another meal plan, I would finally get the body I want, feel as good as I could feel and live the life of my dreams. 

Even when I finally achieved my so-called ideal body, I was miserable. I had zero energy and I was far from living the life of my dreams. I was trapped by numbers, tracking everything I ate, obsessing over going to the gym, with digestive issues and hormonal imbalances and missing out on actually living the life I so desperately wanted to live. 

I hadn't realized how much time, energy and brain space I was using on becoming 'my best self'- until I realized I didn't even know who I was anymore.

I wanted to live a healthy life- but I was done dieting. 

Making peace with food meant I made space to live the life I want to live.

I'm a more present mom, a kinder wife, a better friend. I have energy and I can truly say I have found joy in eating and living- beyond rules.

the details:

6-month 1:1 coaching program

  • 1 x 90-minute initial session - we'll go through your health history, food and body struggles and dig deeper into your goals for our time together. 

  • 12 x 45-minute coaching sessions - we'll check in every other week and work through your concerns. It's all 100% customized to you and YOUR needs. This is about you- I am simply your guide. We will have conversations about making peace with food and ditching diets, finding what works for you, holistic health and lifestyle changes, body image and break through blocks you might have around living free from dieting. Each time we talk you'll leave with action steps, printables or journal prompts to work on when we're apart and a safe space to share and receive encouragement and support. 

  • Text & Email support in between sessions - I’m here for you if you have questions, need support or encouragement in between sessions. 

I've been there, friend. I know what it feels like to feel lost in knowing what to eat, or trapped by the endless cycle of dieting. I approach every session with compassion and zero judgment, knowing how hard it can be to know it's time to make a change, but be completely overwhelmed by where to start. Everyone could use a solid support system and the encouragement of someone who's been through it, to truly make changes that last.
