I'm Kristin Dovbniak (but you can call me Kris- I know Dovbniak is hard to say).

I'm a born-and-raised New Englander, sailor wife, mama to two sweet and spunky little ladies and a little bit of a coffee freak.
I'm a holistic health coach, certified intuitive eating counselor, podcaster, writer, speaker, recipe creator and trained chef (yes, really!).
But I wasn't always this healthy.
I struggled with food and my body- on-again, off-again dieting, restricting and bingeing, overexercising and just generally treating my body like it was garbage, instead of a gift (which it is, btw) for over a decade.
It wasn't until I found freedom with food, worth in God over the size of my jeans and health- beyond obsession that I truly stepped into the life I had always desired to live.

Now I help women do the same.
Because healthy living shouldn't mean deprivation.
Wellness shouldn't feel like a struggle.
You can eat well and live well- without restriction.
I know- I'm living proof.
Kristin Dovbniak, CNE, Pn1 is a Certified Culinary Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach, Dr. Sears Prenatal Health Coach and graduate of the Liaison College Culinary Management program. She has a background in Nutrition and Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island and helps women worldwide take the stress out of healthy living, uncomplicate eating and find their beautiful balance, in food and life. Kristin is a writer and speaker on the topics of food freedom, body image, faith-based relationships, meal planning, meal prep and family nutrition as well as host of the acclaimed Healthy Balanced Mama Podcast. She has been working in online holistic health coaching since 2014 and is the author of several online programs, including the Healthy Mama Meal Prep Program, and her first physical product, The Healthy Mama Meal Planner. She continues to empower women to tune into their intuition and simplify their nutrition through one on one coaching and her monthly membership program, The Supermama Society.
